SPIRITUAL AND RELIGIOUS LIFE CENTER (SPARC)

The University of Pennsylvania's Spiritual and Religious Life Center (SPARC) is the University's place for all things religious and home to our dear University Chaplain and Associate Chaplains, Charles (Chaz) Howard and Stephen (Steve) Kocher. Visit SPARC for support, friendship, and anything to do with religious life, or pop by just to chill with the cool folks there. Check out SPARC. Chaz and Steve can also connect you to various other useful resources at Penn.


Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is the counseling center for the University of Pennsylvania. CAPS offers free and confidential services to all Penn undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. CAPS helps students adjust to university life, manage personal and situational challenges, develop coping strategies, and grow personally and professionally. CAPS' trained clinicians offer individual, group, and couples therapy. Students can access CAPS in a variety of ways, depending on their individual situation.

CAPS Hours:
9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Friday
9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday
